System reports "SCSI Bus Phase Error" or copying from one SCSI device to another doesn't seem to work, but copying from the same device to a floppy does work. Check that all SCSI devices support Reselect; if not, disable Reselect mode in the drive's RDB. Some SCSI controllers, notably GVP, let you disable Reselect mode on a per-address basis.
